Return Process

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to package your items securely.
- 3.Ship the Package
Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the wine or perishables are packed in their original protective casing.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
After our cellar team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
